Eligibility Requirements

Our program is successful because we hold our participants accountable for their time and effort. Putting in the necessary work is the only way to create a path toward financial stability. With that said, to qualify for our Family Success Program, you must meet the following requirements:

Must be a parent/caregiver to a child under 18
Commit to 1-2 years in the program
Commit to establishing and working toward goals
Meet with a volunteer mentor every week either in person, by phone, or video conference
Attend monthly workshops (in person or via Zoom)

* Transportation and child care are provided for in-person workshops

Referral Partners

We would love to partner with every family in Charlotte that wants to improve their circumstances and strive for financial stability. Unfortunately, we just don't have the human or financial resources to make that a reality.

Therefore, to be considered for our Family Success Program, you MUST be referred by one of our partner agencies. The social worker or Communities in Schools representative at the following schools/agencies can refer to our program when we have availability:
